About
[draft 29 January 2002]

Ultimately, these texts will be arranged for three different readings:
  • As a poet might order them, for a printed chapbook
  • As a historian might sequence them, in a chronology
  • As a novelist might use them, as notes for character studies

To see all three readings in list form, go to contents, which at the moment serves as the site map.

At present, only the chapbook (poet) reading has been implemented. Click ---> ("on") at the bottom of each page to follow this path. Click ^^^ ("up") to go to a TOC for that lobe of the chapbook. Click <|> ("out") to go to the title page, either to start again or to go elsewhere. Use the browser's Back button to retrace your steps. However, it is sometimes best to keep moving ahead, as in sightreading, rather than stop to pick up a dropped note.

Eventually there will be music here, and a voice reciting the words.

Please feel free to e-mail me comments, suggestions, complaints, testimonials.
